We check the pool temperature every two hours. We restock the bar before you realise it has run low. We learn your name on day one and your coffee order on day two. None of this is remarkable on its own. What matters is that we do it for every guest, every day, for 36 years running.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong way. Over 36 years we have chosen one and held to it. Every person on our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what good looks like. That is not something a building can deliver alone. It comes from people.

A team of seven, nine languages among them, on call twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five days a year. No request is too minor. Few requests prove too ambitious. Ask us, and find out.

Thalassotherapy drawn from the sea beneath us, treatments from a 90-page menu, and unbroken calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The outcome is easier to feel than to put into words.
VIP Gaming
High-stakes tables in private salons — no onlookers, no cameras, no hurry. Personal hosts organise transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership is by invitation, though a single weekend stay is often enough to earn one.
Kitchen Craft
Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest decides tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not invent seasonal dishes — they let the season write itself onto the plate, every morning, in pencil.

Who may stay with us?+
The resort welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over only, consistent with our gaming licence and the tone of the property. Valid government-issued photo identification may be asked for upon arrival. Families with children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly handle the booking and transfers between the two estates.
Can I bring my pet?+
Certain ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas accept pets on request, with a one-off cleaning charge added to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome amenity for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming when asked. Cats may stay in carriers, though our suites have no litter facilities — kindly tell us ahead of time.
Is airport transfer available?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. Guests in a particular hurry may use our helipad, which operates from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Either service can be billed to your suite.
How do cancellations work?+
Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas reserved under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always suggest travel insurance.
